Reskill how you work today. Reimagine what’s next.

Futurebraining is your system for rethinking how you work, lead, and grow,  so AI amplifies us, not the other way around.

It’s built on one idea: ME raised to the power of AI.

A system that helps you train AI to make you better — more focused, more capable, more human. The deeper your thinking, the brighter the system becomes. Because if “ME” is absent, AI amplifies nothing.

We start with ME, grow into WE, and become Co-Intelligence,  the way humans and AI build the future together.

Level Up Your Job

The journey starts with your role, and scales up to how we work together. The Futurebraining  Pyramid is the roadmap. It helps you reskill from basic AI assistance to full co-intelligence—while upgrading the way you think, decide, and lead.

Level 1: Assistance – Offload tasks, reclaim attention

Level 2: Exploration – Ask better questions, test smarter

Level 3: Deep Learning – Build real insight and strategic depth

Level 4: Co-Intelligence – Redesign how you work with AI as a thinking partner

We don’t stay theoretical. You’ll apply the model to your actual job through guided sessions, targeted tasks, and your own Futurebraining app.
This is how role evolution starts—one real decision at a time.

Martin Methlie Jensen

I’m a leadership developer, coach, and former executive. I believe in practical leadership that puts people first and uses AI to strengthen, not replace, our human connection. Futurebraining is a way to stay pragmatic—spot patterns faster, run better experiments, and keep a clear head when the pressure’s on.

Author, leadership coach,  change facilitator, and former corporate leader. We founded Futurebraining to help more people experience the transformative shift where MEAI produces better outcomes than either could alone, without compromising our human intelligence, connections, or independence.

What Can’t Be Automated

Untitled (500 x 500 px) (14)
We don’t know exactly what happens next.
Not the researchers building AI,
Not the tech CEOs selling it,
Not the policymakers scrambling to catch up,
Not the doomers, and not the utopians.
That uncertainty alone is to set some points of departure:
  1. AI will continue to evolve.
Models are becoming more powerful, more embedded, and easier to use.
  2. AI will automate anything it can.
If a task is predictable, AI will do it faster, cheaper, and eventually better.
  3. Human strengths remain essential.
Critical thinking, creativity, judgment, human connection, resilience.
These can’t be automated — but they can be amplified.

    Or eroded.

It depends on how we use AI.
